Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or other reasons unrelated to damage during shipping.

Shipping & Return Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Items During Shipping
We carefully package all orders to help ensure they arrive safely. If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and discuss a replacement or exchange.

To submit a damage claim, please provide:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the packaging, including the exterior box and protective materials
• Please keep the damaged item(s) and all original packaging until the claim has been resolved

Shipping & Delivery
Orders may take up to 7 days to process and pack before being handed over to the carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to cancel the order or issue a refund due to delays, failed delivery attempts, or other carrier-related incidents. If an issue occurs, we will do our best to assist and communicate with the carrier until the matter is resolved.

If you require expedited or express shipping, please contact us at hello@omceramic.com before placing your order.

International Orders
We ship internationally. At checkout, you will be charged for the product(s) and shipping costs only.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

If an international order is refused or returned because the recipient chooses not to pay the applicable customs duties or fees, the order is not eligible for a refund.

Thank you so much for supporting O-M Ceramics and our handmade work.

We truly appreciate it.
