All purchases with shipping are charged at the price that shown on the check out. Shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable in any cases. If the item is damaged in the shipping process we will happily discuss a replacement or exchange. Please send us your order number, the images of the broken piece(s) with packaging, and also keep the broken piece(s) until we are done with the claim.Also, once you have received the confirmation of order and shipping details through email(s), the package(s) will be already sent out to the carrier. You will receive a update status with tracking number and estimated delivery date. In any case, the package got delayed or failure of delivery or any other incident, we will try our best to reach out and look in the cases until its settled. However, we will not be able to send out any replacement or refund. Thanks for your understanding!

We also ship internationally. The order will only charge the price of product and shipping cost. We are not responsible for any taxes or custom fees that might applied on international order, this will be the customer's responsibility. The international order is not refundable if customers refused to pay the taxes or custom fees.

All our ceramics are handmade, making each piece unique and slightly different from one another. Please note that they may not look exactly like the photos shown.

Care Instructions
Most of our products are microwave and dishwasher safe unless otherwise specified in the product description. For microwave use, to prevent thermal shock, please ensure the ceramic piece is at room temperature and not cold or frozen.
