All materials will be provided. We will have the option to choose between off-white clay and brown speckled clay. Basic white or clear speckles glazes will be provided to color your pieces by O-M Ceramics. We also can explore some other color options in the class.

What you'll get:
1-2 pieces will be made by each participants. All the works will be colored and fired by O-M Ceramics. Please allow 3-4 weeks for all the pieces to be produced.
All pieces will be ready and available for pick up at Lenita.
In this class, Carrie will teach you how to create beautiful and playful hand-built ceramic pieces. The workshop will cover various hand-building techniques, including pinch pots, coils, and slabs, allowing you to choose the method that best suits your design. The creative process is at the heart of this workshop; Carrie will guide you from sketching to constructing your own piece. By the end of the class, you might complete a pair of mugs, a vase, or some decorative objects. It will be a fun and mindful afternoon where we can spend time together and connect with the community.
