O-M is a Los Angeles-based ceramic and design studio founded by Carrie Lau, known for its focus on minimal, contemporary, and playful design. Carrie is a multitalented artist—illustrator, art director, and ceramicist. Her work is distinguished by its modern, curvilinear forms, playful movement, and naturalistic tension, reflecting her cultural background.

O-M focuses on balancing quality with everyday living, believing that enjoying life's moments is essential for happiness. Carrie takes the creative process a step further by using it as a mindful practice. Her work spans ceramics, paintings, home textiles, and art objects, reflecting her curiosity about materials, shapes, colors, and interactions. Her influences include the cultures and arts of Hong Kong, California, and her travels.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Carrie now lives and works in Highland Park, Los Angeles, with her fur baby, Bowl.
