Artists:
Carrie Lau is a multitalented artist; illustrator, creative director, and ceramicist. Her work is distinguished by their modern and curvilinear form, as well as their playful movement and naturalistic tension. From ceramics to paintings, home textiles to art objects/ sculptures, the works show her curiosity of materials, shapes, colors, and interaction. She was born and raised in Hong Kong, currently lives in Los Angeles.
Lulu Toselli guides meditation with the intention of providing radical inclusivity and belonging. She has shared sound-baths since 2015 with a group she co-founded in L.A. called Forestkind and is a graduate of InsightLA’s mindfulness program. She has offered sound and meditative practices at various places, including InsightLA and USCMindful. She uses her background of art direction and visual art as a foundation of connection within the community and her Brazilian/ Latina heritage to foster understanding.
